Koga – Great Workout!

I discovered this exercise a couple of weeks ago, what a great workout. It involves yoga which many of us already do plus some kick boxing. In one workout you get aerobics, muscle strength, flexibility and a focused mind when you are all done. I highly recommend this to any looking for a new style of exercise.

We started to eat only organic and naturally raised meats about five years ago.Our biggest problem is the growth hormones that are injected into the cattle to promote faster and larger growth. Independent research suggests there is evidence that some of the growth hormones that are used are cancer causing carcinogens.
