Koga – Great Workout!

I discovered this exercise a couple of weeks ago, what a great workout. It involves yoga which many of us already do plus someĀ  kick boxing. In one workout you get aerobics, muscle strength, flexibility and a focused mind when you are all done. I highly recommend this to any looking for a new style of exercise.
